How to Cook Lumang Pandesal ( Filipino Bread Roll ) French Toast / Leftover Pandesal Recipe

Traditionally served as breakfast, pandesal or pan de sal (spanish word for bread of salt) is the most popular bread in the Philippines. Unconsumed pandesal gets hard on the next day. If you have plenty of leftover pandesal, you can recycle it and try this Pandesal French Toast recipe. Here are the ingredients:

6 pcs. pandesal (or more depending on the size of the pandesal)
4 eggs
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
You can serve it with maple syrup, honey or condensed milk.
