EASY Dairy & Egg FREE Breakfast | PANCAKES | WAFFLES | Meal Prep
Here is my recipe for my easy pancake mix. The pancakes or waffles made from this mix can be frozen and re-heated. The batter also lasts up to 3 days raw, in the fridge.
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk – I used Unsweet Soy
1 TBS Sugar – Omit if using a sweetened milk
3 teaspoon – baking powder
3 TBS – Melted vegan butter (or coconut oil)
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Mix all the ingredients together and cook in a skillet or waffle iron.
