Korean seafood pancake (Haemul pajeon) is one of the common dishes in South Korea. There are so many different types of pancakes in South Korea, but the seafood pancake is one of the more popular ones.

Ingredients:
Pancake
1 cup of seafood mix
1 cup of pancake mix
1 cup of frying mix
2 cups of cold water
2 bunches of green onions
2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Dipping Sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1.5 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon water
pinch of red chili pepper flakes
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/6 tablespoon minced garlic (optional)
Cooking Steps
1. Pancake and frying mix (can be replaced by all-purpose flour) to a large bowl. Add the cold water and whisk until well incorporated.
2. Slice/cut green onions.
3. Heat up the pan at high heat and add cooking oils.
4. Change the heat to medium heat and add the mixture to the pan
5. Add seafood mixture and green onions to the pancake mixture.
6. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until brown and crispy, another 3 to 4 minutes.
