This is my version of Korean Vegetable Pancakes. Its tasty, crispy on the outside, soft and moist in the middle and loaded with vegetables. Try to add cheese if desired it’s so good.
You can use any Vegetable you like and you may add meat, bacon, or seafood to it.
This is easy to make. It’s filling and healthy pancakes. It’s not only good for breakfast, you can make it as a side dish or snack.
