In this video, I show you how I make vegan banana bread. This delish and almost oil free recipe makes for a really healthy banana bread. I have substituted coconut milk for the oil. Cook with me this dairy free, eggless, kid friendly recipe. For me it makes for a nice vegan breakfast and I use it for desserts as well. It’s part of my go to recipes of vegan comfort food. Ingredients – Dry
All purpose flour – organic – 2-1/4 cups
baking powder – 2 tsp
baking soda – 1/2 tsp
flax seed powder – 2-3/4 tbsp
salt – I used Himalayan pink salt – 1 tsp
sugar – I used cane sugar – 1/2 cup + 2-1/2 tbsp
walnuts – broken into small chunks – 1 cup
Ingredients – Wet
apple cider vinegar – 3 tbsp
bananas – ripe, fresh or frozen and thawed – 4 medium sized
coconut milk – fatty portions mostly – 1 cup
coconut oil – for greasing the baking pan – 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract – pure – 2 tsp
