Episode 40 – NO BAKE PURPLE SWEET POTATO PIE
INGREDIENS:
Toppings:
3 Cups Purple Sweet Potato (Cooked)
1 Can 374g Condensed Milk
1 Pack 250 Ml All Purpose Cream
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
50 G Butter, Salted
Cookie Crust:
145g Melted Butter, Salted
400 g Digestive Biscuit
To Make the Crust:
1. Crush the biscuit using a rolling pin or use food processor if you have.
2. Combine biscuit and butter. Mix well.
3. Transfer into the pan and press firmly. Chill to set.
To Make the Toppings:
1. In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, all purpose cream and cooked grated purple sweet potato. Cook in medium heat until thinken.
2. When almost done, add the butter.
3. Let it cool.
Lets assemble the pie:
1. Add in the toppings into the crust
2. Put in the fridge to set before serving.
3. Serve and Enjoy. Happy Eating.
