How to bake Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies/ Quick and easy recipe/ Crunchy Outside and Chewy Inside

When we say cookies, we mean Chocolate Chip Cookies 😀 It is one of the most famous cookies and an all-time favourite!

This recipe is a must try. It is so quick and easy. You can make cookies in less than 30 minutes. I bake a lot and believe me when I say I tried so many other chocolate chips cookies recipe and none of them turned out really amazing like this one. I combined all the best tips and techniques I learned from other bakers on YouTube and tada! This is the best ever!

You may be wondering what makes this recipe special and different from the others out there? This recipe has chunks of dark chocolate that will melt inside the cookies and will blow your mind in every bite!

The cornstarch yet optional must be incorporated when you try to bake chocolate chips cookies. I learned from one of my favourites professional baker Anna Olson that this will make it crispy outside and chewy inside.

My family loves this recipe, and every time I bake, there is no leftover. And this is guaranteed!

You can double the ingredients to make extra cookie dough that you can bake in the future. Roll them into balls and freeze them. You can bake them anytime, just allow few minutes on the counter to thaw before baking. And yes! You will serve a freshly baked cookies to your family after school or stay at home weekend bonding!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Butter (115 g)
1/4 cup Granulated White Sugar (50 g)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar (60g)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 cup All Purpose Flour (150 g)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cornstarch
76 g Dark Chocolate (chunks)
100 g Chocolate Chip Semi-Sweet
