Hei loves! Banana bread recipes are a staple in most homes but in mine, I prefer making my banana bread in a cupcake form. It’s simple to share with the family, crunchy on the outside but oh! so moist in the inside. It’s an easy bake recipe that everyone can follow.
Feel free to adjust the ingredients to individual preferences 💕!

1:25 Add in wet ingredients
1:48 Stir wet ingredients
2:48 Add mashed banana
3:30 Mix dry ingredients
4:09 Combine ingredients
5:08 Scoop into trays
6:42 Bake
Ingredients:
🧁 2 cups all purpose flour
🧁 1 cup sugar
🧁 4-5 fingers overripe bananas
🧁 2 eggs
🧁 1/4 cup vegetable oil
🧁 1/3 cup milk
🧁 1 tbsp baking powder
🧁 1 tbsp baking soda
🧁 1 tbsp salt
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 27 minutes or according to your ovens temperature for cupcakes
💕The tip to getting a crunchy outer layer is to leave the cake in the oven for an extra minute 😘
