Still unable to find that perfect cookie sandwich for your cheat meal day? That’s a bummer, but hey, I got you. For this video, my girlfriend @abigail_absters and I are going to show you how to make your very own. Even better, we’ll throw in some protein so you don’t feel too guilty about eating them.
All you need is:
COOKIES
– 2/3 cup of almond flour
– 1/4 cup of maple syrup
– 1/2 cup of almond butter
– 1 tsp of vanilla
– 2/3 cup of protein powder
CHOCOLATE MIDDLE
– 1 cup chocolate
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 tbsp almond milk
OPTIONAL
– Marshmallow paste
