Onion Bread Roll
Ingredient:
250 gm Madia
4 gm Salt
1 gm Bread improver
1 gm Gluten Powder
10 gm Yeast
15 gm Sugar
140 ml Water
15 ml Vegetable oil
For feeling
3 pcs Medium Onion
Salt as per test
2 tbsp Oil
Method of cooking:
Yeast Mixture:
• Take a 50 ml warm water add sugar and yeast, mix it and give a rest for 5 minutes.
Feeling
• Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and wait for heat the oil and onion slice bhuna for a minute, add salt then bhuna until onion brown.
Dough:
• Take long bowls add, Madia, Salt, Improver, Gluten powder, and Yeast mixture. Make a dough by using cut & fold method. When dough is ready add some oil and mix it well.
• Give a rest for 10 minutes. Then give a shape and add onion feeling, and roll it.
• Cut it 2 inch roll.
• After the roll give a rest of 45 minutes.
• Pre heat oven at 210 degree C and bake at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
