Pancakes
Pancakes drizzled with Honey or chocolate sauce or a dollop of fresh cream with fresh fruits is a favorite breakfast or dessert for many…..here is an easy healthy pancake recipe which can be made under 10mins.
Ingredients
All-Purpose Flour/ Maida -1/2 cup
Whole Wheat Flour/Atta-1/2 cup
Salt-1/4 tsp
Sugar- 2 Tbsp
Baking powder-1.5 tsp
Egg-1
Butter – 2 Tbsp
Milk -1 cup
Garnish
Honey/Chocolate sauce/Fresh Cream or Fruits.
Method
1. In a bowl add the Maida, Atta, Salt, Sugar & Baking powder and mix well.
2. Add Egg and mix, then add Butter and Milk and mix well…don’t over mix. Add vanilla and mix and the pancake batter is ready.
3. Heat a pan and smear with a little butter, drop a ladle full of pancake batter and let it cook till small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake. Add butter on the sides if required.
4. Flip the pancake when the bubble appears and cook for a few seconds.
5. Garnish with honey/chocolate sauce/maple syrup or fresh fruits and cream. Enjoy!!!!
