Quick and Simple Bread Bhurji Recipe | DESI COOKING | ਬਰੈਡ ਭੁਰਜੀ ਵਿਅੰਜਨ | Tasty Indian Snacks

Hey Guys! Welcome back to my channel! In today’s video, I am sharing with you a very tangy, tasty, healthy and simple recipe, on how to make Bread Bhurji (ਬਰੈਡ ਭੁਰਜੀ)! The best part about this recipe/dish is that you’ll most likely have everything you need, right at home, yes, the main ingredient of this dish is bread, can you believe it! This fact also makes this dish/recipe healthier than others, as other recipes call for fatty ingredients/foods that are not very healthy. And even though this dish is made with very simple ingredients, all needed is a serving bowl to make it look elegant! Its the perfect snack, that any beginner will be able to pick up fast.

– dehi/yogurt (ਦਹੀਂ)
– red onions (ਲਾਲ ਪਿਆਜ਼)
– turmeric (ਹਲਦੀ)
– cumin (ਜੀਰਾ)
– green chilli pepper (ਹਰੀ ਮਿਰਚ)
– curry leaves (ਕਰੀ ਪੱਤੇ)
– salt (ਲੂਣ)
– desi ghee/oil (ਦੇਸੀ ਘਿਓ / ਤੇਲ)
– black mustard seeds (ਰਾਈ)
– garlic/ginger paste (ਲਸਣ / ਅਦਰਕ ਦਾ ਪੇਸਟ)
