Cookies and cream is my favorite ice cream flavor! I was craving for it so i decided to make one and on a cake base which is no need to bake! This is fool proof and for sure anyone can make it!

INGREDIENTS
For the Chocolate Cake Base:
30 pcs oreo cookies (finely crushed)
1 can (379ml) evaporated milk
1 tsp baking powder
For the Ice Cream
15 pcs oreo cookies (crushed with big bits)
1 can (388g) condensed milk
2 boxes (250ml each) all purpose cream/whipping cream
