1/2 tsp vanilla extract
MERINGUE:
4 egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp white vinegar
FROSTING:
1 cup butter/margarine, soft but cold
1 can chilled condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
DECORATION:
1-2 cups oreo or cream-o (crushed)
1 goya white chocolate
