Hello viewers! This is a recipe of Onion-Tomato Cheese Bread. It is made in a simple, Italian style. And I’m sure, you’ll indulge if you try this out!
In this period of quarantine, you should definitely make this bread as a delicious snack, antipasto, appetizer, or table bread!

Tips:
Drizzle some sugar on the top of veggies before baking, so that the top layer gets caramelized.
Any kind of assorted toppings would go good with this bread.
More the oil, lighter will be your bread (although I’ve used slightly less amount for lesser carbs).
Let the yeast be proven in warm water (not too hot, not too cold).
Let the dough ferment for a long time (which includes 1 hour to 3 days time).
Kneading the dough thoroughly is the key in making the bread porous.
