How to Bake Bread in a Pot
the bread is great and reminds me of the flavors of my childhood

Easy to prepare bread baked in a pot…

you need:
heat-resistant dish or a pot with a lid
recipe:

• 5,3/4 cups (750g) of wheat flour or (I used White Spelt Flour)
• 2 cups warm water
• 25g fresh yeast or ((7g) 2,5 tsp dry yeast)
• 1 tsp sugar or (1 tsp honey)
• 1,1/5 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp oil

Warm water, yeast, sugar, oil, flour and salt mix well
Use mixer or knead well with your hands…
Sprinkle the dough with flour
Cover with clean foil and with a cloth
Rest the dough in a warm place for about 60 minutes
Heat the oven to 220 C
and put an ovenproof dish with the lid into the oven
knead the dough grown and form ball
Sprinkle the dough with flour
We put the dough into a hot dish, cover with a lid
And put in the oven
we lower the temperature to 200C
and bake 30minutes after we take the lid off
bake for another 20 minutes without the lid.
