How To Cook More Nutritiously for Picky Eaters | Picky Eaters Pancakes | Healthy Pumpkin Pancakes

Today I am going to be showing you my recipe for some scrumptious pumpkin pancakes and discussing a little bit about their health benefits, stay tuned!

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk of your choice
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons melted butter

Optionally, you can add flax seed for a healthy additive

Mix all of the dry ingredients together, then in a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients to the center of the dry and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Heat your pan over medium-low heat and cook pancakes until crispy on both sides.
