Let’s celebrate by making 1 of my favorite sweet snacks!
NO BAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES (EXERCISE STYLE)
I eat this whenever I need some energy and protein.
Enjoy this awesome snack right before or after you work out – its easy on the stomach – using oats and protein powder which has 21 grams of protein!
Using just a few healthy ingredients- I’ll teach you how to make my no bake exercise protein cookies!
It takes 10 minutes to make and all you do is eat the cookie dough straight from the bowl like I love too or pop these bad balls in the fridge for about 20 min and your good to go!
You can skip the blending part if you don’t have access to a blender and just mix everything by hand!
There are alot of minerals in this sweet snack and healthy fats for your brain!
