Welcome to my channel. Today I made a tray bake full of goodness. Pancakes in the morning are always a great start to the weekend but sometimes just have to fry them one after the other might not be your mood in the morning. Here’s pancake that bakes in your oven in just one tray. Keep it in your fridge and have a slice with your favorite toppings every morning.

Here’s what you need
2 cups – Flour
4 tbsp – Sugar
1 1/2 cups – Milk
3 tbsp- Oil
2 medium – Eggs
1 1/2 tspn – Salt
1 cup – Fruits (or any preferred toppings)
Bake for 15 mins in a 180 C preheated oven.
