Welcome back to my channel. Today I am here with an amazing recipe of garlic chicken bread without yeast. This bread is so easy to make, very quick and absolutely delicious ad we infuse the dough with flavors as well instead of just the filling.
Garlic, cheese, chicken and bread! This combo has no replacement!

Ingredients:
Dough
2 cups plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
water to knead the dough

Filling:
500 gm chicken mince(keema)
half cup oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped capsicum
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Coating:
Half cup melted butter
Minced garlic
Chopped coriander leave
1 cup cheese for filling
