How to make oatmeal-raisin cookies

In this video, I show how to make oatmeal-raisin cookies in an easy way.

–Recipe:
-Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup unsalted butter softened
1 cup of sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups oatmeal (not instant)
1 1⁄2 cups raisins

-Steps:
Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix dry ingredients together; and set aside.

Mix wet ingredients together with a mixer on low.

Stir the flour mixture into the wet mixture until no flour is visible.
(Over mixing develops the gluten, making a tough cookie.) Now add the oats and raisins, and stir it together.

Use a tablespoon to form 1 1/2 tablespoon-sized balls. Place 2-inches apart onto the baking sheet.

Bake 11-13 minutes, or until golden.
