Engredients:
Buko or coconut meat
Short crust pastry – ready made
Sugar 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Milk 1/2 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
Melted butter
Eggs 2 -one for liquid mixture and one for brushing the top of the pie
Ube flavor 3-4 drops
