[Music]high grades many expressions and I am afood and lifestyle blogger at freshestcommon cold today I am making easyhomemade bread anyone and I mean anyonecan make this basic bread it’s a greatbread recipe for beginners I mean usebread lettuce soft fluffy and simply todie for okay let’s get startedpour 2 cups of lukewarm water into alarge bowl you want to make sure thewater is not hot or cold she just beslightly warm to the touch so thelukewarm water add a tablespoon ofactive dry or instant yeast stireverything to combine then let it restfor five to ten minutes until the yeastis creamy and all bubbly on top adding aquarter cup of granulated or cane sugar1/4 cup of vegetable oil canola oil inthe oil you have then adding 6 cups ofbread flour or all-purpose flour adding2 teaspoons of salt then add in aquarter teaspoon of freshly grated orground nutmeg the nutmeg is optional Ilove adding in a little bit of nutmegbecause it takes the flavor of and notmix everything together with a woodenspoonthen pour everything onto a cleanworking surface and knead to combine Ijust love the process of kneading do Ifinally really relaxing and therapeuticnow if you do is turning out so hotsprinkle on just a little bit of waterbecause you don’t want this do too hardknead for 5 minutes then you form thedough on into a ball[Music]generously oil a lash bowl you want tomake sure you oral the ball so that thedough is not going to stick to the bowland then you put in the dough and youwant to make sure that your oil allaround the dosa that it doesn’t stick tothe plastic wrap that we are going toput on top of it cover the dough withplastic wrap and keep in a warm place torise to create a warm atmosphere for mydaughter rice I love to turn on my ovenfor one minutethen turn it off that creates a warmatmosphere that makes dual to riceperfectly I have used this method foryears and it is so effective just makesure your oven doesn’t get hot butslightly warm let the dough rise for onehour then you take it out[Music]punch the dough to deflate it thisprocess you guys is one of my favoritethings about making do I don’t know Ijust find it so so relaxing so once youhave deflated that dough divide it intotwo equal portions I just weighed thedough with my hands to make sure thatthey are about two equal portionsgenerously greased to 9 by 5 inch loafpans then ship the dough and put it backinto the prepared loaf pans for shapingthe dough I just take one portion of itand I divide it into three equalportions and I make ovals out of thatthen I put it in my loaf pan this isjust a really fun way I love doing myloavesthen for the other low is just going tobe the traditional one low so roll itout and then you roll it into a logtalking the edges and put it in the loafpan[Music]let the dough rise again for about 20minutes it’s going to rise up and fillthe pan once the dough has risen it’stime to bake bake in a preheated oven at350 degrees Fahrenheit which is equal to180 degrees Celsius bake for 30 to 35minutes until golden brown on top if thebread starts to get brown too fastjust loosely cover with aluminium foilcheck it out let it cool for a littlebit then you can dig in you know onebread is just phenomenal you guys so Iinsist you have to try this bread whileit’s so warm there is nothing like freshwarm homemade bread with some butterjust melting into that bread oh mygoodness so good[Music]you guys this is epicness this is sogood that is so soft so fluffy just sodelicious oh my god you won’t believethis is for me okay friends that’s howyou make easy homemade bread I hope youenjoyed this video I hope it expired ifyou liked the video and click on thelike button also subscribe to my youtubechannel if you’ve not subscribed alreadywhen you subscribe click on thenotification bills you can get notifiedand wait a micro-sim you begin for thecool homemade bread recipe go to my blogprecious more calm thank you guys somuch for watching and I will see youguys in my next video bye bye now I havesome great attitude[Music]
