Bake your bread at home ♥️

In a bowl take 1 cup warm water – 1 tbsp active dry Yeast and .5 tbsp honey.
Mix well with a whisker
Add 1 cup all purpose flour and mix everything with a spatula
Cover and leave for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes the flour should be all
Bubbly and risen

Add 2 tbsp of melted butter
1 and 1/3 cups of whole wheat flour pinch of salt And mix everything well.

Sprinkle whole wheat flour on the kitchen slab and take out the dough and start to kneed

You should kneed the dough until
It becomes soft and fluffy

It should be slightly sticky but coming of the counter easily. ( this takes around 5-6 minutes and almost 1/2 a cup of sprinkled flour)

Once it is soft and fluffy oil a bowl and coat the oil on the dough cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.

The dough will double in size.

Punch the dough to release the air and bring it to the counter again and kneed for a minute

Make a log and place it in a bread tin

Cover again and let it rest for 20 minutes more

Preheat the oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes and once the dough has rested it will rise more. Brush milk on top of the dough and add some mix seeds or sesame seeds.

Place the tin on a wired rack and cook on bake mode for 30 minutes.

Take the bread out and IMMEDIATELY brush butter on the crust.

Let the bread be in the tin until it completely cools down and ideally you should eat this bread after letting it rest for 7-8
Hours.
