You can always opt to put nuts, raisins, chocolate chips or put them all together. Also a good pair to your hot cup of black coffee.

3 cups leftover bread
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1/4 cup raisin
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp salt
1/1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup melted butter
1. Slice the leftover bread into big cubes.
2. Once done, set aside the sliced bread cubes.
3. Prepare the liquid mixture.
4. Crack 3 medium eggs in a bowl. Slightly beat.
5. Add the evap, condensed milk and vanilla syrup. Beat them all together.
6. Mix the bread cubes and the milk mixture. Add cinnamon then 3 tbsps melted butter.
7. Mix well. Cover with a cling wrap and place inside the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
8. Preheat a non-stick pan over low heat for 5 mins. Coat the pan with melted butter. Add the pudding mixture then cover.
9. After 15 mins, check if bottow has browned and prepare to flip
10. Using a round plate, flip the pudding. Slide it back down and cook for another 15 mins.
11. Do this twice approximately 10 mins each side or until the toothpick test comes clean.
12. Serve while hot. Best paired with coffee or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
