320 F for additional 45 mins

Ingredients:

For the crust:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 Tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold unsweetened butter
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp of cold water

Eggpie filling:
1 can evaporated milk (warm)
5 whole eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla extract

1 whipped egg white
