This is the easiest & yummiest Banoffee Pie made at Home with basic ingredients.

Ingredients / Procedure
– Take a can of condensed milk, I took Nestle Milkmaid.
-For Toffee Preparation also known as Dulce De Leche . Steam the condensed milk can , submerged in a pressure cooker (3/4th filled with water) for 20 mins at medium flame & 15 mins at low flame
-Base Preparation Crush 25 digestive biscuits and add to 125 gms melted butter
-Lay the crushed biscuits on a loose bottom tart pan, make sure you thicken the sides firmly so as to give a perfect tart shape. Refrigerate it for 30 mins atleast
-Take 100gms whipping cream add 2 table spoons castor/ powdered sugar gradually, add one tea spoon vanilla essence. Whip till you notice stiff / firm peaks
-Take out the biscuit base , add 2 sliced bananas as the 2nd layer over the base
-Open the Condensed milk can once it is at room temperature and spread it evenly over the bananas as the 3rd layer of the Banoffee pie
-Spread the whipped cream mix over the toffee or decorate it as shown in the video as the 4th & final layer
-Sprinkle chocolate shavings to garnish & ENJOY!!
