Today we are cooking a quick and healthy item for breakfast or Evening tea.
Yeah we are making Pancake.
You need these ingredients to start with:
Wheat flour – One small cup (Makes upto 3 pancakes)
Cinnamon powder – 1 to 2 pinches
Baking powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Sugar – 02 Teaspoon
Milk – Half cup (Add twice as per need)
Egg – 01
Oil – To cook
Method:
Add all mentioned ingredients in a bowl and whisk for 2-3 minutes until we get desired consistency.
Heat 2 Tablespoon oil or ghee in a frying pan.
Pour the batter and spread in circular way.
Flip the pancake once you see bubbles appearing on the surface.
Flip and press to cook both sides until light brownish look appears.
(Keep the flame medium)
Server with hot tea/coffee and honey.
