Hello Everyone!! Please check these procedures in making Smooth and creamy Cookies and Cream Ice cream.
Ingredients:
2 box Nestle Cream
1 can Condense Milk
5 pcs cookies and cream sandwich
Procedure:
1. Make sure the Cream is chilled overnight or 3hrs in Freezer to achieve the creamy and soft ice cream.
2. Put 2 chilled Nestle cream in a mixing bowl, use Electric Mixer to double the volume (do this for 15-20 mins.) or you may opt to use traditional hand mixing (30-45 mins) if you guys don’t have Emixer.
3. Once well combined, add 1 can of condense milk and mix for 3 mins using spatula or mixer.
4. Now add 3 pcs cookies and cream sandwich (crush) into the mixing bowl and mix until combined.
5. Put the mixture into container or tupperware and sprinkle crushed cookies and cream.
6. Once done, put the container/tupperware inside the freezer for about 8-10 hrs or overnight.
7. Now ready to taste your home made Cookies and Cream Ice cream.
