INGREDIENTS:
(with measurements)
sugar – 1 & 1/2 cup
salt- 1 tsp
butter – 1 cup
egg – 1
vanilla extract – 1 & 1/2 tsp
flour – 1 & 1/4 cup
baking soda – 1/2 tsp
baking powder – 1/2 tsp
milk – 2 tsps
chocolate chips – 1 cup ( extra + 1/4 cup is optional for more chocolate flavor!)

*OPTIONAL* :
hershey syrup – 1-2 drops
hershey cocoa powder – 1/2 tsp
^^ – this is all to give it a little bit of color and flavor! totally optional, and not compulsory! :))
