Super easy, very delicious German plum pie. It’s one of our most favorite pie recipes.
Ingredients:
soft butter – 150g/ 5.29oz/ 0.33lb
sugar – 120g / 4.23oz/ 0.26lb
eggs – 3
sour cream – 200g/ 7.05oz/ 0.44lb
chopped walnuts – 100g/ 3.52oz/ 0.22lb
chocolate chips – 100g/ 3.52oz/ 0.22lb
cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
salt
all purpose flour – 200g/ 7.05oz/ 0.44lb
baking powder – 2 tsp
plums – 500g/ 17.64oz/ 1.1lb
Some tips for making this Plum Pie without failure:
1) First pit plums.
2) Preheat the oven before adding flour to the batter.
3) Use 9′ baking pan.
