the warm weather is on the way and oneof the best things to do is to grillyour own burger and what makes afantastic burger is a homemade burgerbun so we’re going to use the breadmachine today and make my homemadehamburger buns it’s quick it’s easywe’re going to make the dough in thebread machine we’re gonna shape thebonds and then bake them off in the ovenso join me let’s make bread machinehamburger buns[Music]youso I’m using my old-school Bradmanultimate this is one of my favorite ofbread machines this will work in anybread machine so we’re gonna go aheadand we’re gonna put two tablespoons ofsalt softened butter mm-hmm we’re gonnaput one cup of water so we’re probablygonna have to what it starts to cometogether as a ball we’re gonna have toadjust it a little bit it’s always thecase with bread so just know that we’restarting with 1 cup of water but we mayhave this either dust it with flour orspritz it with a little water we’regonna go ahead and put 2 tablespoons ofsugar mm-hmm we’re gonna put an egg andugh so you want to put these in theorder that your manual for your breadmachine suggests mine is liquids on thebottom flour and then yeast we’re alsogonna put the salt in on the bottombecause you want to separate the saltfrom the yeast so we’re gonna go aheadand put 3 cups of bread flour hmm and inhere we’re gonna put a little well I’mgonna pop in 2 teaspoons of instantyeast this is sad if you use a differentkind of yeast like active dry you mighthave to use a little bit more but we’reusing two teaspoons of saff instantyeast so let me get the bread machineokay so now we’re gonna put our paninside the machine this one it isclipped down so we’re gonna go ahead anduse the select function and we’re gonnago all the way down till we get to thedough setting it on my machine it’s anhour and thirty minutes we’re gonna goahead and hit startand when this comes together in a ballwe’re gonna open this baby up real quickto make sure that it’s a nice soft doughball so we’ll be right backokay so the dough is brought togethernicely you just want to smooth doughballs so you might have to adjust it alittle bit a little bit of flour alittle bit of water it depends on howhumid how dry it is that’s the case withany bread mine the little door falls offbut I still love this thing and thatthat dough is looking beautiful so assoon as the cycle is done and the doughis finished we will shape up our hammockbunsokay the bread dough is done and we’regonna go ahead wow it looks amazing[Music]that’s the SAFFI’m just gonna put a little bit of oliveoil on here you can use a little bit offlour or you can use a little olive oiland we’re going to get our dough outhere it’s kind of sticky whew okay so wegot the air out of this and we’re gonnagive it a little bit of a need we’regonna need it too much just to knock theair out so for hamburger buns you wantto do four ounce rolls dinner rollsyou’re going to do two ounces stillAaron care have a good button so we’regonna do four so let’s see here I got myscale here and we got it tared out sowe’re gonna go ahead and do four ouncerollsthree-point nabi we play it for thisscale is very sensitive 3.97 I thinkthis usually does whoops okay so we haveall our hamburger buns weight out hereI’m just gonna put them over here I gotfive so that’s pretty close and we’rejust going to form our rolls it’s verysimple to do all you really have to dois get them going like this roll themaround it’s pretty pretty to me oh thisisn’t very nice – very very nice downand flatten them a little bit so we getwider buns and not just tall however youform your buns there’s probably theperfect way to do this but I’m not aperfect Baker so yeah it’s not like youblobs to make one ones a lot worseyes it’s the one hamburger mine you’reso goodwhy I want to smash them a little bitsometimes I make these and if I don’tthen dumb being tallso let me finish these off so I don’tknow why I said I have five because Ihave six I guess I can’t count so Iformed all the hamburger buns we’regonna cover and let this babies rise forsecond rise we’re gonna be doing an eggwash on them then we’ll be baking themoff so we’ll be back okay the ovensheated to 350we’ve been preheating it and the rollsare yeah there is a hamburger bunswhatever so I have an egg wash here Ibasically took an egg put about atablespoon of water in it this is justgonna make the rolls nice and shiny sowe’re gonna take a little brush here andwe’re just gonna very very gently verygently put a little coating on each rollthis is gonna make him shine shine uphamburger bun yeah just be very gentlewith the bonds rightyou just want to very lightly coat themwith an egg are you like that boo I meanyou could slash them and then they wouldopen up and look like many bulls if youslash them they’ll open this wayso I’m gonna put these in the oventhey’ll probably be in there 20-30minutesyou wanna weathernice and brown and when you tap on themthey give you a hollow sound so whenthese vapors are done we’ll be backwe have fresh-baked hammer grounds guysand they look oh so yummy oh look atthatso all you have to do is split thesebabies we’re not going to do it nowcould you need to wait till they cool sothe the crumb sets up but you justwanted to have that surround look theselook amazing I think that we make achicken sandwich chicken bacon sandwichWow so the sap like boom right the sackthey just blow up that look good but Ithink you can eat one of these yeahthese look amazing so look at thatthere’s your fresh-baked hamburger bunsplit that bad boy and they smell sogoodyeah it does they’re fantastic so thebread machine great job so we’re goingto let these cool and Eric’s gonna cookup some chicken we’re gonna have somechicken bacon
