No knead bread
All plans 3 points
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar substitute or whatever sugar you use
2 1/4 tsp. dry yeast active or instant
Mix up then add;
2 tbsp. butter, melted, or olive oil,coconut,
1 1/2 cups of warm to the touch
mix up, cover with a floured towel or plastic wrap
in a warm place let rise for about 45 minutes
Then press dough down, put in your loaf pan, spray your hands, press dough down evenly in the pan, let rise again for about 40 minutes, just enough to rise to the top.
pre heat oven to 375 degrees, bake for 40 minutes, take out of the pan, rub butter on the top, this will soften up the top to make a soft sandwich style bread. Enjoy! Thank you for watching!
