[Music]hi guys welcome to my channel I’ll befood – s hello how’s everyone guys Iwant to share a recipe today with you ofmy favorite pancake bleeding cheekyrecipe it’s stuffed with meat fillingand it’s so deliciousabsolutely love it I really hope you tryit so let’s get started now let’s makethe panini in a bowl add your eggs andthen sugar and salt then you want towhisk this on high speed until yourmixture doubles then you want to addmilk and sift your flour straight inthere and then using a whisk mix it allagain then add your oil and mixeverything one more time and yourmixture is ready to go make sure yourpan is nice and hot and you want to addyour first ladle on top and then swirlit around and click it for a few minuteson each sideyour first pancake might not be good butjust keep going and then you will have astack of delicious Blin cheeky guys andgirls I have my recipe on my website atAli’s yummy food calm you’ll find fullingredients and also directions on howto make this and also you’ll be able tofind loads of other recipes that I dofor my channel just click through clickon the picture and you’ll be able to seethe whole video with the directions andthe full recipe in English and Russianlanguages now we’re gonna make our meatfilling so chop up your onion nice andfine into little pieces just like thatand then we’re going to add this into afrying pan which is already preheatedwith some oil you can also add a littlebit of butter if you want so we’re goingto fry the onions for a few minutesuntil they’re nice golden andcaramelized and then that point you wantto mix everything through and add yourmeat filling and then mix everythingtogether so that you get sort of an evencoating of your meatonion mixture then you want to seasonyour meat add salt and pepper and mixeverything in game once you meat hasbeen cooked you want to add it into afood processor and blitz it until youget nice meaty texture just like that sothe meat is a bit smaller and easier toeat take your pancake place it onto yourboard and then put a filling inside Iusually use about one large tablespoonof the filling and then you want tostart rolling it up from the sides andthe middle and then kind of keep goinguntil you have a nice roll just likethat you want to repeat the process withall the pancakes that you have and allthe filling and enjoy the process untilthey are all done nice and stacked andonce you have done all your pancakes youcan either store them in a freezer forlater or if you’re going to eat themstraight away then I suggest youpre-heat your pan and put some butterand oil inside and then on a high heatyou want to fry them from both sidesuntil they get beautiful nice and goldencolor make sure you don’t burn them sojust be very very careful and watch oncethey’re nice and crispy you can servethem they are so delicious you’ve gotthat crispy topping very soft insidevery delicious filling it’s reallymouth-watering Savitt of sour cream orany other sources that you might likeand enjoy guys thanks for watching[Music]
