Here are some kids in our Pioneer summer camp on Pancakes Day! They churned the cream into butter and are tasting the buttermilk, then making pancakes by grinding the grain by hand and collecting eggs from the henhouse and creating batter. This is our first location, at Alvord Farm in Eugene, Oregon.
