These pancakes can be taken for breakfast, lunch , snacks or dinner.
you can make this batter and keep in fridge for 2 to 3 days. It is also a healthy option for your kids lunch box. I have used a cookie cutter to give them a perfect shape… but you can also simply spread it on a pan and make without a cookie cutter.
