How To Make Tiramisu Pancakes | by Burcu’s Pancakes

Hello Pancake Lovers.. This is Burcu! I hope you will like my new recipes. Please don’t forget to like and subscribe 🙂

Prep time : 5 min | Cooking time : 5 to 7 min

Pancake Recipe :
– 1 egg
– 100 ml milk (any kind of milk you can use)
– pinch of salt
– 2 tbsp of brown sugar ( any sugar you can use)
– 1 tbsp of instant coffee ( prepare it with hot water)
– 5 full tbsp of flour
– 1 tbsp of baking powder

Mascarpone cream:
– 350gr mascarpone
– 1 tbsp of icing sugar
– 2 to 3 tbsp of milk

Topping :
– Cocoa powder
– Clementines

Use non- stick pan for cooking process. Heat should be on medium setting. For measurement use a tbs. Flip the pancake after 40 second. If you feel the pan is too hot or cold change the heat. Buon Appetito!
