alright crew welcome to my channel sotoday is my first official vlog on myyoutube channel so if I’m cringy asI’m sorry it’s my first time I’m gonnashow you guys my pancake recipe just sowe appear I am NOT sponsored by myproteins but if my protein you arewatching this I love your stuff if youwant to give me a gift card or whateverthat would be sick but if you don’t Iwill continue loving the brand andsupport you oh look at the negotiation[Music]table here we have all our essentialpancake topping that I personally liketo add on top of my pancakes and here’ssome extra love you know what I meansome sugar and some peanut butter sohere we have semi skim milk you can usewhole milk if you want I just like tokeep my fat low so I’d like to use semiskim milk but you can use whole milk ifthat’s what you prefer first we’re gonnameasure up exactly 185 milliliters ofmilk no more than 185the total concentration here oh they’reall cool after that I’d like to add twoscoops of maple syrup my protein pancakemix so just dump that right in twoscoops boom now all you have to do isclose the shaker cup and I’ll give it agood shakethree weeks later who lets looking toopen it up and see how it looksoh yes so come closer so this is theconsistency that you need oh look atthat look at that cool so now you’redone shaking we need to go cook it up soI will see you guys in the kitchen seenow you’re in my kitchen so we’re justgoing to warm these two pens so I’mgoing to use this this little an eggcooker that’s for the pancakes and thenthis we’re gonna keep warm let’s keepgoing go test get my plate so one thingI learned doing pancake is that the heatshould not be on the hottest becausethat will just burn the pancakes so whatyou want to do is you want to turn theheat like low heat so it heats the panslowly and then we’ll cook the pancakesslowly well what else your pancakes maycook too fast and the bottom will beburnt so that’s just one tip for youguys but we’re just gonna add some oliveoil to each pan not too much just alittle bit I like to use this just tospread the oil evenly all rightnobody saw that what I like so muchabout using the protein shaker is thatyou get to shake it inside the bottleand then when you need it you just popit open pour the pancake into the potmake sure it’s even and just let it sitthere so that will be one pancake theway you tell if it’s cooked properly isthat it will start making like littlebubbles on the surface once you see onceyou see a lot of little bubbles then youknow your pancake is ready to be flippedthere’s always a hit or miss not thegreatest pancake flipper but this is howyou do itready well it’s not the worst of theworst but it’s also not my best pancakewell yeah look how clean this flip is ona small pan to the big pan a small panto the big pan a small pan to the brakepad small pan to the big pan and thenturn the remain cooking here I’m gonnacook up the remaining pancakes and thenI will see you guys again in my livingroom back in my living room guys look atthis plate of beautiful pancakes oh manthey look amazing we actually had to topoff my protein shake again so with myoriginal batch you can make my three orfour depending on how thick you likeyour pancakes but here we have a realmseven pancakes so now what we’re goingto do is we’re just going to throw sometoppings on on it so I personally reallylike blueberries so I’m just gonna putsome blueberries around Bhoots thepancakes and then I also like banana sowe’re going tosome bananas around the peg cases wellwhen you put it in front of your sexy wetry and make this as beautiful aspossible you know so you guys don’t hateon me sick and to top things off justbecause we need to be a little bit extrawe need to add some one strawberry ontopOla doesn’t that look like restaurantmade pancakes and if you like you canadd honey over the top or you can addsome peanut butter I think I will addsome honey some drizzle action for youguys no peanut butter today come closewith the camera oh this is money shotlook at that and there you have itJackie cyan protein pancake combinationso I will put the macros up here withoutall the extra toppings and I’ll put aseparate macros here including thetoppings so you guys can see anyways ifyou guys know this importance it pleasegive me a follow I will make more videosjust like this so yeah really appreciateyou guys to follow me that’s it for methat’s this damn pancake[Music]
