INGREDIENTS
20 oz round sour dough loaf of bread
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp butter
3 cloves fresh garlic minced
1/2 tsp minced dried onion
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
8 oz block low moisture mozzarella cheese

welcome back everybody today I’m goingto show you a very easy recipe for acheesy crusty garlic bread this is goingto be a pull apart garlic bread withmozzarella cheese it’s going to betoasty garlicky goodness and I will beusing a realm sourdough loaf for thisyou can also use a French loaf of breadfor this but I think the round loaflooks kind of cool when you startcutting and shaping it to this pullapart garlic bread so anyways let meshow you how I do it okayso here I have my loaf of sour doughbread this is in around this is a roundshaped loaf I am just going to cut itkind of like in a diamond crisscrosspattern and you’re not going to go allthe way through the bread as you can seemy bread is ready okay I’m going tostart on the garlic butter or I guesssauce for this so first I’m going to addfour tablespoons of salted butter if youhave unsalted butter then just add youknow pinch of salt to this I’m alsogoing to add 1/2 cup of olive oil andmake sure you’re working I’m turningthis down a little bit make sure you’reworking with like a medium to medium lowheat you don’t want anything to burnolive oil and butter do not have a highsmoke point just remember that now I’mgoing to add three large cloves ofgarlic that I’ve minced or chopped andactually maybe four works in this itjust depends the size of your garlic butthese were three large cloves I’m alsogoing to add maybe a quarter teaspoon ofcrushed red pepper just a pinch wellthat’s probably 1/4 teaspoon and I’mgoing to add a half teaspoon this ismaybe closer to a full teaspoon ofdehydrated minced onion it’s just driedonion I’m gonna give that a mix and I’mgonna let this warm through and sort ofcookI’m about 45 seconds in on a medium-lowheat I turned it down a little bit lowerI’m not gonna let this cook too muchlonger I don’t want to burn anything butI’m gonna add some fresh parsley I’mgonna reserved maybe a little bit justto garnish but this is about twotablespoons of freshly chopped parsleyI’m gonna shut the heat off and justwith this residual heat I’m gonna letthat continue just kind of sizzlingthere and not really saying but justcooking a little bit I really want thisgarlic butter sauce to be very flavorfulbut pretty much this is going to beready to pour over my garlic breadthis is low moisture mozzarella cheeseit’s the kind that comes in a block it’snot the fresh kind it’s really gooey andgooey and softI basically Finley sliced around sixounces of this mozzarella cheese andmake sure you get some of that freshgarlic just through the cracks hereokay so now you’re going to take yourslices of cheese and just slide it rightinto there actually you can lay itacross this way okay so I basically usethe entire block of low-moisturemozzarella cheese that was an 8 ounceblock some more of my garlic butter hereno with the rest I’m just going to brushthe entire exterior ok so I’m going tobake this in a preheated oven at 350degrees Fahrenheit until the cheese ismelty and gooey and the exterior istoasty and golden-brown you want to atleast bake it for about 20 minutes itmay take a little bit longerdepending on the calibration of youroven but 350 degrees Fahrenheit for atleast 20 minutes okay so here is adelicious cheesy crusty garlic bread andthis is so easy you just pull it apartbut it’s really hot right nowand you see how easy that pulls out justlike that so I hope you guys give thisrecipe a try I hope you like it andthanks for watching byeyou
