Strawberry Peach Pie | Pie Recipe – This is a easy to make/bake Strawberry Peach Pie that is delicious and eye catching for you and your family. It’s one of the desserts that scream Spring and or Summer time. So, if you love strawberries and peaches then this is the perfect pie for you!
5 cups fresh sliced peaches, 5 peaches
2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour for thickening (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp butter
1 egg
Sugar (course) for sprinkling on crust
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Place pie on a baking sheet and bake until juices are bubbling and crust is Deep Golden Brown, about 1 hour. If the crust is getting too brown, tent with foil. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool before cutting, 2 hours to overnight. Serve with a scoop or two of ice cream (vanilla) of your choice, enjoy!

welcome back to my channel smoking anddrilling and today we getting ready tomake a strawberry peach pie with meat abe delicious strawberries and seasonedpeaches and seasoned so listen if you’dlike those two you know that combinationis gonna be right we get ready to turnthis into something nice and beautiful Idon’t know if you guys ever made astrawberry shortcake before but if youhave this is gonna be even just as easyas thatso I want to overtalk it you want tobreak right into it and remember this isthe challenges to taking the mystery outof cooking and simplifying these recipesand with that being said let’s get itokay look first thing we’re gonna do iswe’ll just water running and then we’llbe gonna do is just rinse these off it’snice and clean[Music]all right after you get through rinsingoff your peaches you want to just goahead and just dry themget yourself a paper towel just dry themwithin next week enjoy and just repeatthe same process for two strawberriesokay look the first thing you want to dois take it make sure you get yourself asharp knife just go around like this nowlisten you want to be real careful righthere I see that you know when you’relooking at it right now it’s like I’mcutting towards the palm of my handyou want to be you know extremelycareful I probably should position myhand you know a little bit better thanthat you know something I don’t justaccidentally slipping that myself butyou know what I was trying to treat itlike it was an avocado but what you wantto do is stick your thumbs in betweenwhere you and cut it and it just youknow very delicate delicately you knowjust separate themtake the seed out which got the seed outand go ahead and just cut yourselvesfrom slices[Music]after you finish no slicing your peachesgo ahead and let’s we’re going over toour strawberries what you want to do isyou just want to cut the top you want tocut off the green the greenery after youcut that as you can see right there thenI just go ahead and cut them in half nowit depends on how big your strawberriesare some of the bigger ones I cut thehalves in the halves so you end up withjust for us like individual slices okaylook now we just get ready to go aheadand you see this a half a cup of whitesugarwe just wanted this is what takes usback right here you want to know what’sgoing to draw it you know the juices outand that sweet goodness right herethat’s Ted sugar right there and thenafter this we’re gonna come back with1/3 cup of brown sugar what we want todo is just coat it and then we gonna letit sit up for a little while I’m gonnasay we gonna go ahead and let it sit Idon’t know for maybe a couple hours wejust wanted toyou don’t bring everything up then we’regonna mix that up now let me go aheadand get get the brown sugar now willcome with 1/3 cup of brown sugarthen we just want to hit it when I’mgonna be careful with it you don’t wantto you know this fruit Jenniferwe just want to make sure we got to stirit around make sure it’s all coatedthere it iswhat we’re gonna do is I’m just going tocover this and let’s just sit up I’llput it in the refrigerator and let’sjust sit about two hours I actuallyended up after I covered them I let themsit in the refrigerator for four hoursand then when they were done what you’relooking at that’s actually four hoursworth of us sitting in the refrigeratorperfect look next thing we’re gonna dohere I’ll give it a use these peeledthose peel berry pie crust listen if tocoming here in the pop this right herewhat I call a time saver so I want youto pull this off oh my gosh you do whenyou pull this out just keep going output the other one back in therefrigerator this is the best handle youknow mothers chill you don’t I don’tknow how long it’s gonna take you guysto do it so got to put Nismo back in therefrigerator[Music]once you got to spread out if you gotany tears you can kinda like just mashit and it’s like dope take you back toyour childhood days of play-doh this isvery simple and that’s the easy partI mean to be honest with you is alwayseasy look we just gonna put it here oncewe got it in the middle we just won’twork it we just won’t start stretchingit and again don’t worry if you got anytears there’s no problemall you got to do is like just squeezeit together you know I need it to comeright back in the form just keep workingit around like this then you want tomake sure this and it pushes all the wayinto the corner so I use my thumbslet me get like this so you can see Ijust take my thumb go not you are[Music]just like that anywhere you see it mightbe a little thin just move the dooraround you know take your finger youjust want to get it so it’s just not sothin and before you guys have listenunlock all pre-baked is if you want apre-baked that you can you can put it inthe oven at 200 degrees for about youknow about 10 to 15 minutes just to geta little pre baked on it all right nowif we get ready to add our filling nowyou’re ready to take four tablespoons ofbutter I’m here ready to melt that therewe go now so if another extract and thenI’m gonna go ahead and we’re gonna putit inside of here we all mix it up andthen we’re gonna get our pie crust andafter you melted your butter go aheadand add your vanilla extract just oneteaspoon to it teaspoon to is just youknow mix it up real good then go aheadand add it to your you know your piefilling look if you notice remember Itold you I put mine in the refrigeratorand it sat for four hours so it’s niceand chilled by adding that hot you knowmelted butter you can see right therewhere the butter starts to take asregular you know farm so don’t saythat’s all good that’s just that butterygoodness you know that goes along withit after that what you want what youwant to do is it’s going to take yourpie filling your filling your peachesand your strawberries and just go aheadand just start filling your pie andnotice I use the spoon that was holdbecause it didn’t make a differencewhether I drain you know some of theliquid or not because you don’t need toput a little bit of the liquid in therejust sort of you know they help form thepie after that now it’s time to go aheadand get you let your remaining pie crustgo ahead and open that upand listen you can write here you can gowith a lattice top you will cut those instrips or you can go home and if you sawthe thumbnail or a picture of thisalready on Instagram or whatever you cansee I just want to hearmade it home like this and then just cuta design into it and once you’ve gotyour pie crust on the top what you wantto do is on the edges the edge of thetop and the edge of the bottom crustwhat you want to do is you like mashthem together can you want to make itlike some sort of design this was likemine you know to me this was like topnotch not quite the best at this youguys gonna like figure it out you knowand learn as you go but you want to dosomething of that nature right there nowwhat I did was I just took a knife andjust cut some uh some vent holes in itin a pattern so that it with you knowhalf way to look nice after that youwant to go ahead and you know what we’regonna go ahead and use I use this time Iuse the egg wash just scramble today youknow got me a brush and then brush it ontop and you know what after I waslooking at it I went to hit into thenapkin and kind of like wiped off someof now you should pre-heat your ovenat 350 degrees for one hour and afteryou’ve done this is what you have righthere here you go your strawberry peachpie at its finest[Music]so tell me what you guys
