Apple Pie Ingredients:
6lbs of assorted apples (I used Granny Smith, Gala, Honey Crisp, McIntosh Red, Fuji, and Pink Lady)
2 Pie Crusts (homemade pie crust, optional)
5tbsp flour
3/4c brown sugar
3/4c white sugar
1tsp vanilla
1tsp nutmeg
2tsp cinnamon
1/4tsp salt
1 lemon zest
Lemon juice
1tbsp beaten egg
1/4tsp milk
