Although I bake on convection oven and adjust all my bake times -20%, I used the original instructions in the video.
Crust is a recipe I have been using and tweaking for years, so there’s no convenient link for that, sorry.
Most apple pie recipes recommend granny smith or similarly tart apples. I used 3 granny smith and 1 gala (because that was all I had).
