✅Today’s video is a Joshua Weissman recipe for The Ultimate Homemade Chicken Pot Pie. This has to be one of the best Pot Pies I have ever tried. Recipe:
1 whole roasted chicken
2 cup (470ml) chicken stock
1/2 cup (11g )dried morels
1/4 cup (7g) chanterelles
2 bay leaves
2 yellow onions
1 large carrot
8 cloves garlic
3/4 cup (110g) cubed ham
1tbsp (4g) Thyme leaves, rough chopped
5 tablespoons (70g) unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup (70g) all purpose flour
1 cup (235ml) milk
1 cups (235ml) heavy cream
10 oz (280g) bag frozen peas
Puff pastry enough to cover your pan

Like tofu, veggie broth, and Veggie Ham.Ive had veggie ham before its taste pretty good for not being ham!I like offering you a bite but you never take it!It was a good bite :)Looks good though? Doesn’t it!So they didn’t come off as I intended!Thats the A!Who like Arizona tea?This is my favorite type!The S came off the pie pretty good!I love crunchy bites!I accidentally broke part of the M off!Maybe you wont take it cause its hot?Oops forgot to give it back :)And the P.Wait thats supposed to be and R I broke it again.As you know that spells ASMR !!!!!Anyways this turned out to be a great meal.I hope you enjoyed the video and the soft chewing sounds!

The look on your face when you took the first bite tells all. It’s so creamy and the crust is baked just right. I like to drizzle a bit of honey over the crust. So so good. This was great
