Ragi Cookies recipe is a Ragi Almond Cookies made with Jaggery , these are delicious and tastes similar to nankhatai . These finger millet cookies are easy to make and are one of the healthiest choice. Its diabetic friendly too.
Sweetner used in this recipe is Organic Jaggery powder , these cookies are just mildly sweet , if you want more sweetness you cand add upto 1/2 cup of jaggery powder in this recipe.
Depending on the quality of the fragi flour / finger millet flour , you may or may not need while binding the dough. I have not used milk in this recipe , If you find it bit dry to bing into a dough , then you may add 1-3 Tbsp of milk depending on the texture.
These are large cookies and 1 single cookie has approximately 133 k calories. Unlike other cookies it does’nt add empty calories , its filling and feeps you energised for long .
