How To Bake Cookies In a RV!

I am going to show you How To Bake Cookies in a RV! Wilson’s Wild Ride extends their video series on a subject near and dear. How to cook ordinary things in these small Campers. Trying to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas can be a little frustrating if you have tried and true family traditions that you want to take with you on the road. We are going to start with Renee’s Sugar Cookies. Everyone loves Sugar Cookies this time of year. But, it can be challenging in a small oven RV. I will give you the recipe for these tasty nuggets in the description. Follow along and find out just what I had to do to save the cookies and to save our family traditions.

Sugar Cookies:
2 Eggs 1tsp. baking soda
2 C. Sugar 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 C butter 1 tsp. salt
3 C flour 1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy , in a separate bowl add together dry ingredients, flour, salt, vanilla pudding, baking soda, set aside. Add eggs to butter mixture one at a time. incorporate and scrape after each egg, add vanilla. Start adding dry ingredients a little at a time, taking your time to scrap the bowl in between. mix until just blended. Chill dough for about a hour covered. Preheat oven to 350. Take half the dough and roll out using enough flour to cover, cut with cookie cutters of your choice. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. ( if they get to warm chill before baking to prevent spreading). Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until just golden. Watch carefully, ovens are all different. Let cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes and place on cooling rack to finish cooling . Decorate when fully cooled.
Ice with your favorite icing.
