450 g Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
50 g Sugar
5 g Instant Yeast
160 ml Milk (add just a bit more if too dry)
60 g Melted Butter
70 g Melted Butter
100 g Brown Sugar
8 g Ground Cinnamon
1) I used 160 ml of milk and added a bit more as it was a little dry. All flours are different, so depending on the brand it may need a bit more milk to have a good consistency. The dough should be moist and very easy to work with.
2) Don’t forget to cover the bread with aluminum foil for the last 15 min of baking, so it can cook completely inside.
3) You can butter and put a parchment paper on the the loaf pan to make it easier to take the bread out. I didn’t, and I struggled a bit the take it out without damaging it.
4) I used a 11.5 x 22.5 cm loaf pan.
