  6. Well, these were some tips I knew already. My mom always depends on me to bake banana bread or other baked goods for her because she keeps changing something about it and it doesn’t come out right. Well, we know baking is very precise. Mess something up, and it probably won’t come out well. And yeah, folding ingredients gently is extremely important if you want a soft baked good. I learned that while I was learning how to bake brownies from scratch for the first time. My mom never eats banana bread unless I add nuts to it.
