Japanese Fluffy Souffle Pancakes

Ingredients:

Whipped cream:

Heavy cream 3/4 cup
Powdered sugar 2 Tblspn
Vanilla 1 Tblspn

Cake flour 107g (1/3 cup +2 Tblspn)
Milk 50g (1/4 cup)
Eggs Yolks 6 each
Baking powder 6g ( 2 tspn )
Vanilla extract 1 Tblspn

Meringue:
Egg whites 6 each
Sugar 80g (1/4 cup + 2 Tblspn

Strawberry Toppings:

Fresh strawberry or any berries 1 cup sliced
Warm syrup 1/4 cup (pancakes syrup,honey or maple syrup) heat up for 30 seconds in the microwave
