2 cups kimchi, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 egg
3/4 cup water
Canola oil for frying

DIPPING SAUCE:
1-2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds
