No Bake Cookies | Cook With Me | Easy Dessert

hey y’all today we are gonna make nobaked cookiesI know you’ll love my outfit we’re inthe quarantines deal so we’re wearingPJs today it’s a rainy day so me andKourt you’re gonna make no bake cookiesand we are gonna show you theingredients yesokay guys you were gonna need threetablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powdernext you’re gonna need two cups of whitesugar then you’re gonna need a half acup of milk and half a cup of butterwhich is equal to one stick of butter 3cups of quick cooking oats 1/2 a cup ofcrunchy peanut butter and last but notleast one teaspoon of vanilla extractour vanilla has gotta be good becauseit’s from Mexico so I love our vanillabecause it’s so much better thanstore-bought so here is all of ouringredients and we have our recipe hereso I guess we’re gonna get straight intothis recipe we have our pot yeah I’musing a little bit bigger pot because itcalls for a medium saucepan but I’mgoing to use this one since at the endwe’re gonna be pouring into quick oatsand stuff so we’re gonna start out with3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoapowder okay and then we’re gonna do 2cups of white sugar okay here’s one cupour second cup 1/2 a cup of milk I haveit measured out alreadyso just gonna pour it straight in andthen we’re gonna add in our butter I’mgonna go ahead and kind of get me anovelty I’m gonna cut it into littlepieces just overand we’re gonna put this over mediumheat that boy she just freed up you wantto bring it to a boillovely you don’t want to do it twofacets and so this is my first timeactually ever making these hopefullythey turn out good my husband his momused to make some simular and so he’sthe one who found this recipe someoneposted it on Facebook so he wanted me tomake it so now we’re gonna take thisover here to and we are turning it onmedium which on ours is 5 mm and we’rejust gonna kind of thing with it we’regonna slowly bring it to a boil and itsays it’s very important to bring thisto a boil very slowly once they reachbowling you’re gonna Bowl them for about60 seconds it says to use a timer is inwill remove it I wasn’t holding it sotime oli slicing the butter or cold inthe frigerator so[Music]so what we’ll do for now I’ll call andwe’ll come back in just a little bitwhen it’s melted okay y’all I make itgeneral if a party’s over they’re makingjello beside me it is starting to boilyou can see it’s deadonce it reaches a rolling boil boil for60 seconds I’m letting it see if it’sgonna I don’t know if I consider thatrolling boil it’s pretty close okay sowe’re gonna start from here 60 secondsso[Music][Music]Courtney had a little accidentoh no it’s okayhey I’m just trying to make sure thisdon’t burn okayI’m gonna remove this from the heat nowokay now it says to go ahead and add inthe oats in the peanut butter so we aregoing to add in 3 cups of quick oats sothere’s 1 cup whoa kind of start theseare two I’m gonna eat one more but I’mjust kind of stir in these two here’sthree we also need 1/2 a cup of peanutbutter I need to get in there so andwe’re using crunchy peanut butter nowI’ve got my half a cup of peanut butterI’m gonna add in and you think you getme that vanilla that’s a spin or geniemay help you with that or can you get itor is it not coming open oh do come openokay put it over here about this so ifit yes you’re closer or you could havedone it from that side it’s fine and nowwe’re gonna stir this up well Courtney’sgonna add in that vanilla thank you verymuch ma’am let’s get this mixed verywell and then it says once it’s mixedyou let it set for about a minute andthen we’ll start dropping it and if Irounded teaspoons on to I’m gonna put iton some wax paper on some baking sheetsand then we’ll just let it set up untilit’s hardened and let’s hope that theyset up will[Music]okay y’all now it’s been steady so we’regonna set to drop it by teaspoon foolsit might be a little bigger than ateaspoon bits fun this is a tablespoonfull but we’re gonna kind of drop themlike that and hope we’re gonna hope thatthey set up nicely so a little bit oneI’ve never made you so why did you wantyou back in I have another pan overthere baby we’re I’m just starting outwith onecan I do you can help get a spin orsomething[Music]now you don’t worry about looking likewriting down your recipes – you knowwhat is just print them out yeah yeah Isee itwell you’re doing another don’t you getthat other pan and draw it off with thistowel right here Courtney this tablet’sover here you can use so when I’m ready[Music]it’s in this drawer over here that waxpaperokay Courtney’s getting me another panbecause I bought this one for the Mitchrule we’re gonna miss out of the way[Music][Music]I hope these stay together y’all okay[Music]and there we go and let’s hope they turnout I’ll show y’all when they’re ally’all we got them done they did set upwell and I could have made them a littlebit bigger as you can see but they tastereally good and mmm really good[Music]
